Primos Bo'ot was founded in Dili in 2013 by Vítor Cardoso to close a gap he'd seen across Timor-Leste's financial services market: clients who needed audit-grade work but were getting bookkeeping. Thirteen years later we run statutory audits for private companies, compliance audits for donor-funded projects, and end-to-end accounting for businesses that want a finance function they can trust. Our team of eleven works from Avenida Presidente Nicolau Lobato — in three languages.
